In case the product you received is not the one you ordered, check your order confirmation to be sure that the error did not come from you during the validation.
If this is not the case, please contact us by phone (+377 92.00.02.71) or by email ( service-client@ekinsport.com) indicating your order number and the reference of the product received.
We will then send you a free return form. Once the product is received in our premises, we will send you, if available, the right product or we will refund you and you can place a new order.
