Our team monitors deliveries on a daily basis. In the event of a malfunction, we will contact the carrier and inform you of any changes in the tracking system.
A lack of updates does not necessarily mean that your package has not moved or is lost. It may have been scanned incorrectly or simply delayed a little and therefore the update of its status is slower to establish. However, you will be notified when it arrives at its destination.
In case of inactive tracking (parcel waiting to be picked up by the carrier) of the parcel, the refund can be triggered within 15 days from the date of sending the parcel.
In the case of a parcel without movement or update, the refund will only be made once the parcel has been certified lost by the carrier. Please note that these steps may take time but you will be compensated in any case if you have not received your order.
